Water Filter for Mechanical Seals... The Shandilya mechanical seal -filtering unit is designed to filter poor quality water that services mechanical seals in applications which are very important for the process. The filtration is rated at 50 μm (absolute). This rating is the standard requirement of most mechanical seal manufacturer’s. Optional filter cartridges are available providing filter ratings of 75 μm or 25 μm.
